The she:works academy offers an education and counselling programme for women from midlife onwards - the SilverGirls - who want to take their professional development into their own hands.

Our focus is on supporting women in this phase of life with career changes or reorientation, whether in terms of job content, positions or workload. We also support women who wish to remain in employment beyond the statutory retirement age or who are looking for a new job during retirement.
